Cookie Policy
Optional analytics and advertising technologies stay off until you choose to allow them.
Effective date: July 14, 2026
1. Manage your choices
Select Privacy choices to accept, reject, or customize optional services. Your decision applies to this browser for 180 days unless you change it or clear browser data. Rejecting optional services does not prevent access to site content, documentation, the trial form, or checkout.
2. Necessary storage and services
- syntra_consent_v1 — local browser storage containing the categories you selected, policy version, and expiry. Purpose: remember and demonstrate this browser's privacy choice. Duration: 180 days.
- Cloudflare Turnstile and security signals — used on the trial form to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary session or clearance storage depending on the challenge and configuration. Duration is controlled by Cloudflare and the security context.
- Paddle checkout storage — used after you choose to open checkout for transaction security, fraud prevention, tax, and payment processing. Paddle controls storage used on its checkout under its own policy.
3. Analytics — off by default
When you allow Analytics, Google Analytics may use:
- _ga — distinguishes browser instances for site measurement. Typical maximum duration: two years.
- _ga_<container-id> — maintains session state. Typical maximum duration: two years.
Analytics may receive page URL, referral source, approximate location derived from IP, browser/device details, and event timestamps. We configure IP anonymization and do not send names, email addresses, QuickBooks data, or payment-card data to Google Analytics.
4. Advertising measurement — off by default
When you allow Advertising measurement:
- syntra_attr — a first-party cookie and matching local-storage record containing available Google click IDs, UTM campaign values, landing path, and capture time. Duration: 90 days.
- _gcl_* — Google advertising/conversion storage that may record an ad-click identifier. Typical maximum duration: 90 days.
These values may be attached to a trial request or passed to Paddle as transaction metadata so a completed purchase can be measured. They are not used as authentication credentials.
5. Withdrawal and browser controls
Withdrawing through Privacy choices updates Google Consent Mode, prevents optional tags from loading on later pages, and removes optional first-party identifiers available to this site. Browser controls can also delete stored data, but browser-only blocking may not communicate your choice to every service as reliably as the site control.
