License Activation
Trial Period
Section titled “Trial Period”Syntra ODBC includes a 30-day free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card required.
After the trial expires, the server stops accepting new connections until a valid license key is entered. Your cached data and configuration are preserved.
Purchasing a License
Section titled “Purchasing a License”- Visit syntraodbc.com/pricing
- Choose your plan (Standard or Pro)
- Complete the checkout via Lemon Squeezy (Stripe)
- You’ll receive a license key via email
Activating Your License
Section titled “Activating Your License”- Open the Syntra ODBC application
- Go to Settings → License
- Enter your license key
- Click Activate
The license is validated online via the Lemon Squeezy (Stripe) API. After activation, the driver works offline. It only checks the license periodically for renewal.
Managing Your Subscription
Section titled “Managing Your Subscription”You can manage your subscription (upgrade, cancel, update payment) at any time through the Lemon Squeezy (Stripe) customer portal. A link is included in your purchase confirmation email.
Upgrading Plans
Section titled “Upgrading Plans”To upgrade from Standard to Pro:
- Visit your Lemon Squeezy (Stripe) customer portal
- Select Upgrade Plan
- You’ll be credited for the remaining time on your current plan
- Enter your new license key in the Syntra ODBC app
